Bike Snob NYC has written a great commentary on the planned, but unexecuted plan to do a naked bike ride through the Hassidic community that got bike lanes removed from their street. 

"This underscores a fundamental requirement of outrageous protest, which is that if you say you're going to do something crazy you need to at least follow through with it."
